GCV 2025 Sunday Pennant Finals at Axedale

The Golf Central Victoria Sunday Pennant came to a climax today with the finals contested at Axedale Golf Club in perfect conditions with the course looking great. Thanks to Axedale Golf Club for hosting the finals. During the season we had 31 teams from 12 different clubs. There were 148 contests over the course of the preliminary rounds with more than 220 players representing their clubs.

Seven different clubs were represented in the finals today with five different clubs winning the five divisions.

Division 1 went to Castlemaine with a comprehensive win 4/1 over Neangar Park Gold

Division 2 went to Bendigo White who had a convincing 3.5/1.5 win over Belvoir Park.

Division 3 was closely contested with Kyneton defeating Bendigo White 3/2

Open A went to Belvoir Park Gold with a strong 4/1 win over Neangar Park Green and Open B was won by Axedale with a comprehensive 4/1 win over Maldon.
